Monday through Saturday: 10:00am to 8:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Location

Gingie Spa & Massage is located in the heart of the beautiful Eton Mall on Chagrin Boulevard, where a European village atmosphere creates a destination shopping experience. Gingie is right at home with locally-owned boutique shops La Bella Vita and Mulholland and Sachs, and our spa closes the gap for personal care with Dino Palmieri Salon and Prive Nail Spa across the hall.

Reservation

To schedule an appointment, please call (216) 245-6858 or book online. Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your preferences. Credit card details are required to secure all spa bookings.

Cancellation

To cancel an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged, and spa credit may be issued.

Arrival Time

We ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time.

Parking

Valet parking is available.

Silence

Enjoy rejuvenation, and escape from your daily routine. Our spa is a cell phone-free facility, and we make this request so that we may deliver the best service and treatment results possible.

Minimum Age

Guests under 18 years old need a parent’s or guardian’s authorization.

Cuisine

Gingie partners with upscale restaurants in Eton mall to cater to your dining preferences.

What to Bring

Robes and slippers are provided for use during your visit. At your discretion, you may bring a swimsuit or swim trunks for the Vichy shower experience. We provide disposables or towels for use as alternatives.
